Ecommerce Assistant

Your day to day:
- Handle day-to-day website operation including product and data entry
- Support daily e-commerce operations and order processing
- E-commerce stock and logistics management
- Research new partnerships and databases to drive website traffic & conversion
- Assist in creating website content & translation
- Support digital marketing planning and execution to drive new acquisition and sales for e-commerce
- Assist with campaign performance tracking and analysis
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Support KOL collaboration coordination, to build brand awareness and drive E-commerce business
- Handle customer inquiries via email, social media, phone
- Prepare Monthly Customer Service Report

Your day to day:
- Prepare go to market and implementation plan for new products and services
- Discuss with other Ecommerce Team to understand their solution capabilities
- Convert sales opportunities for revenue growth and new business development
- Responsible for preparing marketing promotion materials
- Create production and content for social media posting
- Assist in creating website content & translation
- Assist with campaign performance tracking and analysis
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Support KOL collaboration coordination, to build brand awareness and drive E-commerce business
- Handle customer inquiries via email, social media, phone
- Prepare social media measurement report
